You’ll step into the hills of Italy, surrounded by silence, song, and stillness—and feel like you’ve come home… even before the retreat begins.

As someone who has already taught, held space, healed, guided, and given so much—your path reflects your ability to inspire, lead, and create transformation in others through your work.

And yet, you can feel it: there’s more.

You’re ready to reconnect on a deeper level—to expand your vision, reignite your creativity, and embody the kind of teacher, therapist, or facilitator you know you’re meant to be.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Resonance is a nurturing, powerful space where you’re not only seen—but truly supported. A space to pause, listen inward, and let your next evolution unfold.

Through music, movement, theatre, reflection, and deep connection, you’ll gently step out of your comfort zone and into the fullness of your expression—personally and professionally.

This is more than a retreat.
It’s a return to yourself.
It’s where your next chapter begins.

You leave Resonance more grounded, more radiant, and more in tune with your truth than ever before.

This is a space where your gifts are amplified, your creativity is celebrated, and your vision becomes clearer, deeper, and more aligned.

You leave as a person who has been fully seen – in their strength, their vulnerability, their questions, and their boldest dreams. A person who no longer doubts if they’re “too much,” but knows with certainty: they are exactly enough to create real change.

You walk away with renewed clarity in your purpose, powerful tools to support your growth, and a circle of people who truly understand your path. A community of fellow teachers, therapists, and facilitators who will continue to walk beside you, cheer you on, and hold your vision as you rise.

You’re no longer creating from exhaustion or isolation – you’ve found your sacred space to reconnect, recharge, and rise.

You’re ready to step fully into your role as a creative leader, with courage, presence, and joy.

This is not the end.
This is the beginning of your next chapter.

Teachers form 2024 have already booked their place…

I am still struggling to find the words to describe how deeply these past few days have impacted Monica and me. Yesterday and today, we had workshops scheduled long in advance, and we were both so inspired that not even hail could have stopped us. I really want to say thank you, thank you, thank you. Not out of flattery, but with my heart in hand. Truly. ❤️ [Monica and I} have started talking and exchanging ideas, and we’re also gaining a deeper understanding of our own identity. I honestly never imagined that a training, even one as exceptionally high-quality as we expected, could have such a profound effect. And I want to add that I’ve never had so much fun at a training. For me, that’s fundamental. I laughed so hard, and I’ve never experienced such a cohesive and close-knit group.

Tiziana, I’m exhausted, but I absolutely have to tell you what happened this morning!!! I’m thrilled 😂  It was with a first-year class (11 yo kids), new, I’ve only known them for a short time. I introduced your little melody and told them to listen, then asked them to stop at the end and jump when the song finishes… we did this a couple of times, all fine. Suddenly, one of the girls looks at me and signals that she wants to hang onto her classmate’s shoulders to form a train. I saw in her eyes that she was asking for permission, and I lit up!! It felt like one of your videos!!! I said, “Let’s all do like Sofia!” And they were already organizing into trains, waiting for me to start singing… and already at that point, it felt like magic!! Then they looked at me and said, “Let’s switch places after every song, with the leader going to the back of the train!” I swear, I wanted to shout to the world: Long live Tiziana and her Music Tree!!! Then, since things were starting to get a little chaotic because they were so excited, I had them sit in a circle. We did exercises where they said and held onto the “micro,” then the “macro,” then I divided them into two groups, switching roles… And today, I thought to myself: I can become the teacher I’ve always wanted to be…

YOUR GUIDES

I’m Tiziana, also known as the Italian travelling music teacher, the singing hair 300K+ entrepreneur, and an unconventional, multi-passionate life and business coach.

My life revolves around freedom and creativity – freedom of expression, choice, time, passion, and money.

Since moving to the UK in 2015, I’ve been on a journey of transformation, going from music therapist and teacher to facilitator, trainer, and mentor. Along the way, I discovered a passion for building communities, supporting educators, and helping people uncover their potential.

I’ve helped hundreds of teachers and facilitators worldwide sell out their courses, grow their businesses, and turn their dreams into reality.

Now, I’m inviting you to step into a journey I’ve envisioned for years.

With me by your side on this wonderful journey

Behind every transformative experience is a team of passionate facilitators, each bringing their unique expertise to make Resonance truly extraordinary.

What makes this experience truly special is how we work together.

The facilitators won’t just lead separate workshops in isolation; we collaborate in synergy, weaving our sessions into a cohesive journey. Each activity complements the next, creating a rich, interconnected experience that deepens your understanding, strengthens your connections, and helps you leave feeling inspired and renewed.

FLAVIA CAPOANO   MAURO FACCIOLI   PEDRO CONSORTE   ANTONIO VULPIO

The retreat was super balanced and well thought out […] I really appreciate that the skills of pedagogy is also being used on us as a group – and we are not only being “told” about it. It is an experience. Great and well practice iced facilitators who are very focussed on the well being of the group.

About the presence of Flavia, the psychologist: I think it is a wonderful thing that she was there. I didn’t speak personally to her, but she obviously has a lot of knowledge and It was amazing knowing that there was someone there to go to if need be.

Sophie

Primary and early years music teacher - from Vienna

About the presence of Flavia, the psychologist: I think her presence during the lessons with Tiziana (the more practice-oriented ones) could be very helpful so she can step in and offer advice on how to handle certain situations with the children. There was a moment during one of Tiziana’s lessons when someone asked what to do or say if the children ask to receive a scarf in a specific color. Flavia stepped in and explained a possible strategy. I found it invaluable to have her there at that moment because she was able to provide input from her professional perspective — not just an idea that any of us might come up with, which could sometimes work and sometimes not.

About the presence of Antonio, our improv theatre teacher: It was very enjoyable and interesting to explore theatrical improvisation as a form of training to better adapt to classroom situations with children.

Overall, the retreat was fantastic! 🙂
